• Well-designed upscale barbershop that is very busy. Similar to the Blenheim (Flagship location), with more renovations and improvements to be done.
• This is a golden opportunity for the right candidate.
• Continued education via scheduled by our master barber, and access to online training at your leisure. Lessons from across the globe on men’s trending hairstyles, cutting techniques, social media, and more.
• Access to summits, seminars, and training events with the team
• No clientele is required, but an asset. We have a blessed demand of clients that are in need to be assistance with their grooming needs.
• Access to an online booking system that’s self-managed by clients 24/7.
• 65% commission for you per service ( MORE than a generous amount of compensation )
• Flexible hours, holidays, and more. May be able to create your own work week within reason.
• Ample free parking on the street, behind the shop, and around town.
• We use high-end products by Stmnt Grooming Goods, OSIS by Schwarzkopf Professional, Joico, and a couple of others. Knowledge of these is essential and will be trained in them.
• Become a verified Black Comb Barber-stylist

Candidates for these locations should have the following:

• Their own reliable vehicle
• Good customers relation management and skills
• Good solid work ethic and history of prior employment
• Preferably Licensed as a Hairstylist or barber – Will accept students/apprenticeship applicants
• Preferably a minimum of two years of working experience in the industry
• Their own tools are in good working order
• Be flexible with education (open-minded), teachable, and personable.
• Good attitude, good mannerisms, and bonded
• Interest in self-growth, and personal investment for business growth.
• Self-starter, responsible, and dependable
• Able to work alone, and with other co-workers as a team
• Creative, energetic, and loyal traits
• Portfolio of their work (images to show)
• Prior in-school training if not licensed but seeking to mentor
