We are going to delay it for a CTV news interview about the loss of our Authentic porcelain coated Marvy barber pole that’s not produced anymore.

The loss of our beloved barber pole that has been on the shop for decades was stolen. We noticed yesterday.

We are overwhelmed with the amount of shares, comments, and people looking for it. We couldn’t be more proud to be apart of the community. This is an example of what it takes to be Canadian and #stthomasproud.

Without our barber pole, it’s like a marina without lighthouse. It signifies our craft, ans it’s iconic to our industry. It’s irreplaceable as it was this shops only one with a serial #, a unique rust spot, and everyone walked in past it off Ross st.

It was part of this shop’s heritage!

We will continue the giveaway when we can. We have to operate our business as always since 1913. Making St Thomas, Alymer, London, and surrounding areas more handsome, one hair cut at a time.

Thank you everyone for your support! You can only imagine how touched we are! Life with covid has been a difficult road for a small business like us to face, even with a potential third lock down approaching. We appreciate everything everyone is doing to help us get it back, the new business we are receiving, and all the prayers/best wishes.
