IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR REOPENING IN RED ZONES

If you are feeling ill or have been experiencing any symptoms related COVID-19, please re-book your appointment or revisit us another time if you are a walk-in guest. We will be asking some screening questions prior to having you sit in the chair for your service.• MASKS ARE MANDATORY, NO EXCEPTIONS, if you do not have one you will have to purchase a disposable mask from us upon your arrival for a $1

• ST. THOMAS – PLEASE USE THE FRONT DOOR, upon your arrival.  Please be seated and maintain 6 ft from other seated guests. If not possible, you will need to wait outside until some space frees up. We are a small shop and need to respect boundaries and protocols.

• NO beard or shave services will be available until we move to a color code restriction allowing masks to be removed.

• Use the bathroom at home or work before coming, washrooms will be available to staff only.

• Please come by yourself, if you are accompanying a child under the age of 12, only one parent allowed in the shop waiting area, otherwise if the child is over the age of 12 he/she will have to come in alone at this time.

• Do not bring any unnecessary jackets, bags, backpacks etc… into our shops. Please, keep wallets, phone, and keys in your pocket at all times.

• Use available hand sanitizer upon your arrival located at each door, and through out the shops.

• Make sure your hair is clean and washed prior to your appointment.

• BE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT if you have one, as we are working to longer times between appointments to sanitize, we don’t have time to wait – sorry.

• Your barber will be continually washing their hands, sanitizing their tools, chairs, high contact surfaces with cleaning solutions. We will be wearing masks and/or shields to ensure your safety and our own.

• We still have protective barriers up between each chair/station.
