With the amazing news of the Ontario Premier allowing our counties to open into Phase 2, we are now officially given the green light to open.

THIS IS FANTASTIC!

We are well prepared to open the barbershops for service. There are rules in place by the Ontario Government that we must all follow, and we have added our own as well.

RULES OF COVID

– Please come with clean, dry hair
– Please be patient with us, this is new for us too
– Please come on time for your appointment if you have one.
– Please don’t bring more than yourself unless you are a parent of a child. We don’t have room for extra people.
– All our stations are continuously being cleaned, so bare with us on this.
– If you are feeling any symptoms of Covid or anything else, PLEASE REVISIT ANOTHER TIME.
– Our washroom is for staff only! Sorry!
– MASK MUST BE WORN BY EVERYONE!!!
– When you enter, please WASH YOUR HANDS or USE HAND SANITIZER
– OUT DOOR GLOVES CAN NOT BE BROUGHT INSIDE UNLESS SANITIZED
– LEAVE ALL EXCESS ITEMS IN YOUR CAR (Jackets, bags, etc)
– Keep your personal affects in your pockets please.
– We are still accepting cash and have an ATM in the shop.
– WE ARE DOING WALK INS DIFFERENTLY, JIM WILL ASSIST YOU!
– BOOKINGS ARE AVAILABLE AT BLACKCOMB.RESURVA.COM
– We are working our normal hours, and are doing our very best to accommodate our guests.
– Please try to maintain physical distancing as much as possible in our small space. Sometimes it can’t be helped, but do your best.
– We may refuse service if you don’t follow our rules, and we Reserve the right to ask you to leave if you cannot.
– Again, PATIENCE IS KEY! We all need to be calm, and cool. We are doing our best to service everyone in a timely fashion.

We also went live with our online booking systems. Blackcomb.resurva.com – You can now book both locations, and self manage your appointments 24/7 on the comfort of your smart devices. It’s a simple process, and it reminds you of your future appointments, wait lists, real time cancellations (so you can scoop one up if there is an opening), and more.

We also are diligently working hard to make sure our guests, our shops, our staff are well taken care of. Sensitization, breaks, letting in fresh air, and more to maintain our high level of sanitation that our customers have come to know.
